What is Appzi?

Appzi is a simple, powerful tool that allows you to capture user feedback and bug reports, right inside your website.  This gives you the big picture of how you can improve your site’s UX and conversion rates. All your data is securely stored in the cloud and is accessible at lightning speed.

Is Appzi really “Free”?

Yes!  We want to help startups, and small to medium businesses (think not enterprise) build better products through customer feedback.  Being a start-up ourselves, we know that startups and small businesses cannot afford expensive solutions like User Voice that charge over $1,000 per month for essential tools that help businesses capture feedback.  To make user feedback affordable, we’re creating an alternative.  Over time, we hope to add many features, surveys, and tools to enable companies to become more sophisticated in capturing customer input.  As we become more sophisticate, we will likely create an all-in-one premium offering for a low price to remain an alternative and bring user feedback to the masses.

How is this different than the other providers such as Usersnap, Mopinion, Uservoice, and Usabilla?

Services like Usersnap, Mopinion, Uservoice, and Usabilla are either very expensive ($1,000/month starting) or you get charged with complex plans based on how many sites and users you have. Features are also limited based on the plan you pay for. With Appzi, there are no site or user limitations – we have just one simple plan that delivers unlimited customer feedback.

Appzi is an international startup that’s founded and based in the United States.  We hire people anywhere in the world and work remotely from our home offices.  Our founding team includes experts in developing Software Products, SaaS Development, Web Marketing, UI/UX.
